- Login to your account on our Member Portal
- Select My Account | E-Notifications | E-Bill
- Select E-Bill in the Bill Method field
- Enter and confirm your email address

Sign up from the mobile app
- Log in to account
- Tap the menu button at the top left
- Select E-Notifications
- Tap on bill method and change to e-Bill
- Enter and confirm email address
- Tap Submit
