This process effectively bills you for an average of the past 13 months instead of the exact usage from last month. In doing so, you are billed much more evenly. And most of all, there are no "Settle Up" months.

You may have your electric bill automatically deducted from your checking account or paid by credit or debit card. Each month you receive your bill as usual and will have 10 days to ask questions. Then the bill amount will be deducted from your account or charged to your credit card without any hassles.
